Jessica Coventry has joined Avery Law to strengthen the firm's corporate and commercial teams.
Jessica graduated with BA (Hons) in Law and Social Science from Macquarie University in 2018. She went on to complete her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law before being admitted as an Australian Qualified Solicitor in 2019.
Jessica has experience advising clients on M&A transactions, startup businesses, capital raising, corporate governance, business structuring and general commercial contracts. Jessica's work involves advising on and drafting a range of contracts for corporate and commercial transactions. Jessica gained her experience working for an award-winning startup law firm in Sydney before relocating to London.
