Andrea graduated with BA (Hons) in Law & Management from Robert Gordon University in 2018. He went on to complete his Graduate Diploma in Law in 2019 and his Legal Practice Course (LLM in Professional Legal Practice) in 2020, both at the University of Law.
In his final year of his Law & Management Degree, Andrea expressed his interest in corporate law by writing a 12,000 word thesis on the UK Corporate Governance system where he analysed the proposed changes and impact of the UK Corporate Governance Code, a topic which he then reprised in dissertation for the LPC.
Andrea has sought experience relevant to a career as a corporate solicitor during both the undergraduate and postgraduate stages of his studies by interning/shadowing for international and small firms both in the UK and in the US, where he gained first-hand experience advising on M&A transactions, capital raising, commercial agreements, civil disputes and general corporate governance whilst also using his bilingual skills (Italian/English) to facilitate understanding among parties involved.
Andrea joined Avery Law in 2021. Andrea is now in the second year of his training contract at Avery Law.
