Belinda is a highly skilled commercial lawyer who has practised for over 20 years in both the UK and South Africa. She has worked across a diverse range of industry sectors as an intrinsic member of each client’s management team. She is focused on delivering a value-add service which reflects the individual aspirations of each business.

Belinda has twelve years of London legal experience, both in private practice as a solicitor at Berwin Leighton Paisner and as senior legal advisor to Sky plc, where she was legal counsel to the Sky betting and gaming business. In South Africa she held the position of acting legal director and senior counsel with Brandhouse Beverages, the joint venture between Diageo, Heineken and Namibian Breweries. For the past five years Belinda has been practising as an independent commercial lawyer to a variety of corporate clients.
