Karina graduated with BA (Hons) in Law from Kingston University in 2016. She went on to complete her Diploma in Legal Practice at BPP Law School and qualified as a bilingual solicitor in 2019.
Karina’s work ranges from advising on and drafting contracts, compliance issues, corporate governance to data protection, software development and cybersecurity. She has an all-encompassing experience advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions as well as on a full spectrum of data issues at a national and international level, including GDPR readiness, freedom of information, cloud computing and data disputes. Karina also advises on complex commercial agreements and general corporate governance.
Karina has successfully developed a strong portfolio of hands on experience within a large international group with an extensive asset portfolio as a trainee and subsequently, as an in-house counsel, working on various transactions across England and Russia.
Karina joined Avery Law in 2017.
